Sie arbeiten sehr gewissenhaft und dokumentieren Ihre Arbeit ausführlich, was wir bei vielen anderen Anbietern oftmals vermisst haben. Sie führen uns sehr gut durch die Projekte, erklären, beraten und zeigen uns Wege auf, wie wir unsere Ziele am besten erreichen können. Sie haben ein großes Team an Know-how-Trägern, was zum einen der Qualität beiträgt, aber vor allem auch bei Ausfällen und Kündigungen den unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb gewährleistet. Sie arbeiten insgesamt sehr partnerschaftlich und dienstleistungsorientiert.

Umfangreicheres Know-how im Berichtswesen unseres Quellsystems, da wir hier leider aufgrund von Abgängen zu wenig Wissen verfügen. Ein Team an S-Peers-internen Finanzberatern würde das Schnittstellenmanagement vereinfachen und könnte zusätzliche Leistungen anbieten.

Wenn Sie ein Unternehmen suchen, das BI-Projekte durchführt, dann wenden Sie sich an s-peers. Aufgrund der Größe und Erfahrung im BI-Bereich ist s-peers der bestmögliche Partner für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen.

How would you sum up your experience?

Nach einer Vielzahl gescheiterter BI-Projekte gewinnen wir dank s-peers langsam wieder Vertrauen in das Thema und glauben, wieder einen Mehrwert erlangen zu können.

Die Berater verfügen über ein großartiges internes sowie externes Netzwerk, was uns bei der Projektumsetzung sehr half, eine maßgeschneiderte und innovative Lösung auf Basis von SAP Datasphere und SAP Analytics Cloud einzuführen, die mittlerweile in den Bereichen Finanzen, Supply Chain, Procurement und HR ausgebaut wurde. Das Team agierte dabei stets professionell, sehr engagiert und bietet insgesamt einen erstklassigen, flexiblen und präzisen Service. Wir empfehlen das Unternehmen deshalb uneingeschränkt weiter.

Durchführung einer detaillierten Prozessberatung und Analyse unter Berücksichtigung der definierten Systemziele durchzuführen.

Machen Sie sich klar, welche Ziele Sie mit dem System erreichen wollen und überprüfen Sie diese auch während der Entwicklungsphase. S-peers ist sehr flexibel und effektiv, wenn diese Ziele präzise definiert sind (z.B. welche Daten wie präsentiert werden sollen).

Unabhängig vom Anbieter, auch wenn es fast normal ist, dass Vorbereitungen von IT Projekten überstürzt werden: Dokumentiert und bereitet die Projektbeschreibung so präzise wie möglich vor. Wird bei der Zusammenarbeit mit s-peers wie auch mit anderen Lieferanten von höchster Bedeutung sein.

How would you sum up your experience?

Für das Pilotprojekt adäquaten Support. Keine Überdokumentation in der Discovery und rasches hands-on Entwickeln. Verzögerungen im Projekt waren meist nicht s-peers sondern Infrastruktur bedingt, und da hat s-peers mitgeholfen die Barrieren zu überwinden, wo möglich.
