Die Mitarbeitenden von pmOne sind absolute Profis in Power BI. Wir erhalten immer professionelle Unterstützung beim Erstellen unserer verschiedenen Power BI Berichte. Bei Fragen erhält man innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Antwort und kann die entsprechende Lösung schnell umsetzen. Auch das Einladen und Abfragen der Daten über das Data Warehouse wird von pmOne professionell gemanagt. Wir können die Zusammenarbeit jederzeit empfehlen.

What do you like best?

Direkte Ansprechpartner waren sehr kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Bedarfe des Kunden wurden gut verstanden.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

In Projekten, wobei sich Projektumfang oder Projektziele im Laufe des Projekts ändern, braucht es eine gute Dokumentation von Abstimmungen zwischen Kunde und Lieferant (pmOne). Die Dokumentation könnte verbessert werden.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Zu jedem geplanten Projekt eine Vorprojektphase definieren und einen pmOne Mitarbeitenden dabei einführen. Diese Mitarbeitenden können dann in der Sprache des Lieferanten bei pmOne die Angebote mitgestalten und Missverständnisse reduzieren.

Allgemein positiv, kompetent und gutes Netzwerk zu Experten.

Strenge in der Anforderungsgewinnung, um qualitativ ausreichende Mitarbeit in den internen Abteilungen zu gewährleisten.

Der Partner kann nicht die gesamte Anforderungsgewinnung übernehmen. Die Inhalte und der Projekt-Scope sollten vorher intern ausreichend geklärt werden.
