They were very professional and available for questions. They also took our feedback into account and included it in new iterations of the extensions they have available.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

A really minor issue is that the documentation was a bit lean for end users. It was noticeable that it was written by technical people.

Die enge, zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit direkt mit dem Projektverantwortlichen, die kurzen Reaktionszeiten sowie das tiefe Verständnis für unsere Anforderungen haben die Zusammenarbeit auf ein außergewöhnlich hohes Niveau gehoben.

Bislang keine negativen Erfahrungen – die Kommunikation, Qualität der Arbeit und Projektbegleitung waren durchgehend auf exzellentem Niveau.

Nutzen Sie die Chance, Leitart so früh wie möglich in strategische und operative Fragestellungen einzubinden. Der Mehrwert entfaltet sich besonders dann, wenn Leitart als echter Partner auf Augenhöhe eingebunden ist.
