What do you like best?
What I like most is how IBIS provides and displays easily digestible interactive graphs of data that come from very complex datasets, as well as their expertise in each area. They are very well staffed with various Subject Matter Experts who are not only passionate about the work they do, but also knowledgeable about the information they provide.
What do you like least/what could be improved?
Nothing comes to mind!
What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?
If you value getting the best bang for your buck, responsiveness, attention to detail, and easy professionals to work with, then IBIS is the way to go. I've never felt dumb when asking questions and always received support when needed. Also, IBIS’s extraction process and turnaround time from project initiation to completion are very impressive.
How would you sum up your experience?
My experience was a positive one, derived from quick turnaround times, ongoing support, and valuable data insights.
