Direkter Ansprechpartner, welcher im Verlauf der letzten Jahre immer unverändert die gleiche Person war, und kurze Reaktionszeiten.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Backup für Ansprechpartner. Der Fokus liegt immer sehr direkt auf dem Ansprechpartner.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Projekte können sehr gut umgesetzt werden, wenn man als Unternehmen auch die Zeit für den Austausch mit Heyde während der Projektphase hat.

Heyde ist ein nahbarer Qlik-Partner, der das Spitex-Umfeld kennt und uns seit Jahren mit immer wieder hervorragendem Support unterstützt.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Die jährliche Lizenzierung von Qlik Sense ist stets ein komplexer und nervenaufreibender Prozess. Es ist jedoch anzumerken, dass diese Herausforderung primär in der Natur des Lizenzmodells von Qlik liegt und unser Partner Heyde hierauf nur begrenzten Einfluss hat.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Wie mit jedem Dienstleister ist es auch mit Heyde so, dass einige Berater besser passen als andere; hier ist Heyde jedoch sehr offen, dies anzusprechen.

How would you sum up your experience?

Heyde beweist eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit, indem sie ihre Zusagen konsequent einhalten. Die aktive Unterstützung in kritischen Momenten und die Begegnung auf Augenhöhe etablieren eine tragfähige Partnerschaft, die die Grundlage für eine langfristige und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit ist.
