Datasolut ist ein Softwareunternehmen im Wachstum, dementsprechend sind noch nicht alle Abteilungen aufgebaut und die Abläufe nicht standardisiert.

Grundsätzlich sehr gute Zusammenarbeit mit einem ehrlichen Umgang auf allen Ebenen.

Ideen und Ansätze werden konsequent auf Aufwand und Nutzen hinterfragt sowie alternative Lösungsansätze angeboten. Die Zusammenarbeit funktioniert reibungslos, sowohl auf menschlicher als auch auf fachlicher Ebene. Die eingesetzten Mitarbeitenden sind sowohl fachlich als auch technisch ambitioniert und erfahren. Die Erreichbarkeit ist gegeben, insbesondere in heißen Phasen (z. B. Go-Lives von Kampagnen). Die Beratung hat das Ziel, die optimale Lösung (zeitnah umsetzbar sowie ergebnisorientiert) anstelle des höchsten Angebots zu finden.
