Projektkoordination, obwohl dies auch schon besser geworden ist. Projekt-Dokumentation könnte besser sein.

Interne Projektleitung ist zu empfehlen. Auf die Dokumentation der Arbeit (Tickets und Wiki) muss geachtet werden.

What do you like best?

We especially appreciated that our consultant helps spontaneously where related and is willing to go the extra mile. Besides his very profound knowledge of Qlik, we also appreciate his creativity.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

All in all, it was a very successful project. If I could choose one thing we could have mutually done better, it would be to have clarity on used days/hours by logging hours in Jira. We had not agreed on this in the project setup.

Sehr umfassendes und tiefgreifendes Know-how in den Bereichen Performance Management, Data und Cloud sowie Visual Analytics. HICO ist über alle Ebenen, von der Geschäftsführung bis zum Consulting, sehr gut aufgestellt und top organisiert. Wenn es mal Probleme gibt, wird immer nach pragmatischen und für beide Seiten fairen Lösungen gesucht.

Hier gibt es nichts anzuführen. Die Firma HighCoordination ist in allen Bereichen und Themen bestmöglich unterwegs.

Nicht lange zögern und am besten direkt die Firma HighCoordination kontaktieren und sich von Tag 1 an umfassend in allen relevanten Themen bestmöglich beraten lassen.

Der Sales Manager ist jederzeit für Fragen offen und hilft, in jeglicher Situation zu vermitteln. Kommt immer entgegen, wenn man Fragen und Probleme hat. Das technische Know-how der Consultants in den Tools ist beeindruckend. Kurze Hilfe (z. B. kurz per Teams) wird schnell gegeben. Beeindruckend ist die Professionalität.

Fachliches Know-how wird zu oft betont, obwohl es nicht in der Tiefe da ist, wie präsentiert

Sehr gutes Beratungshaus. Kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

How would you sum up your experience?

Sehr gut, schnelle Kommunikation und Abwicklung in Projekten. Ansprechpartner sind sehr gut erreichbar und offen für Fragen, Anmerkungen und Schlagabtausch über andere Lösungswege. Berater sind nicht stur und überspringen Themen, die in der aktuellen Lage nicht interessant sind. Es wird nicht versucht, etwas zu erzwingen oder zu verkaufen, sondern tatsächlich auf die Probleme eingegangen und erst dann geschaut, ob es sinnvollere Lösungen gibt

Die unkomplizierte Zusammenarbeit. Kurze Dienstwege, klare Kommunikation. Ehrliche und transparente Beratung.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Wenn überhaupt, ein anfängliches All-Round-Bundle-Angebot. Die Zusatzdienste, Add-Ons und Erweiterungen werden bei Bedarf allerdings nahezu taggleich geliefert und umgesetzt. Deswegen ist das nicht wirklich kritikfähig.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Ich würde dazu raten, von Anfang an transparent und offen über alle möglichen Anwendungswünsche zu sprechen. Das erleichtert die Projektarbeit für alle. Direkter Kontakt und enge persönliche Gespräche waren hier für uns der Schlüssel.

How would you sum up your experience?

Durchweg positiv. Alle Mitarbeitenden von Vertrieb über Consultants sind kompetent, lösungsorientiert, freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar. Jede Problemstellung wird mit Professionalität und Priorität zügig erarbeitet. Die Zusammenarbeit gestaltet sich äußerst freundlich, respektvoll und zuverlässig.

HICO versteht sich nicht nur als Implementierungspartner, sondern übersetzt Daten in echten Geschäftsnutzen. Das bedeutet: nicht einfach Tools einführen, sondern Lösungen entwickeln, die strategische Entscheidungen verbessern.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Eigentlich habe ich wenig zu kritisieren – höchstens, dass HICO durch die vielen innovativen Ideen manchmal zu viele spannende Möglichkeiten aufzeigt. Da wäre es fast schade, sich entscheiden zu müssen.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

HICO bringt viel Erfahrung aus anderen Projekten mit. Offen für ihre Empfehlungen zu sein (z. B. zu Modellstrukturen, Datenarchitektur, Self-Service-Ansätzen), beschleunigt den Projekterfolg enorm.

How would you sum up your experience?

Meine Erfahrung mit HighCoordination war durchweg sehr positiv: ein hochkompetentes, innovationsgetriebenes Team, das technisches Know-how mit tiefem Prozessverständnis verbindet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und die klare Fokussierung darauf, echten Mehrwert aus Daten zu schaffen. Für mich steht HICO für Professionalität, Agilität und partnerschaftliches Arbeiten.

Gute Antwortzeiten. Wichtige Infos und Know-how bleiben nicht verschlossen, sondern werden offen kommuniziert. CSE steht für Fragen offen und kümmert sich um unsere Belange, selbst wenn etwas nicht gut sein sollte.

What do you like least/what could be improved?

Manchmal wird zu viel fachliches Know-how kommuniziert, obwohl die Beteiligten keine Experten darin sind, z. B. ist Buchhaltung nicht einfach eine Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

HICO von Anfang an in die Prozesse einbeziehen und mit ihnen das Konzept ausarbeiten. Eigene Konzepte zu erstellen und diese dann einfach an den Dienstleister zu geben, führt oft zu Verständnisfehlern aufgrund von Technologiekapazitäten.

Sehr gut, sind proaktiv. Versuchen auch, die Prozesse hinter den Personen zu verstehen.

I find this really hard to come up with. I don't have tons of other references, but it's hard to imagine how their service level could be improved.

Simply get in touch, don't be afraid to take the first step. They'll sit with you and help you make an informed, confident decision on how to move forward with your data needs.

Hohes technologisches Wissen in Talend, Power BI und Tabular Editor. Sehr hohes Wissen über Produkt- und Community-Weiterentwicklungen innerhalb von Power BI. Agiles Vorgehen innerhalb des Projekts durch Change Requests und akuten Bedarfen. Kollegialer, herzlicher und gegenseitig wertschätzender Umgang mit den HICO Consultants. Einfache, unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Tolle Empfehlungen/ Schulungen von modernster Softwaretools und -features.

Dokumentation der umgesetzten Tätigkeiten. Dokumentation wann die geplanten Tätigkeiten stattfinden. Wochenberichte mit kurzen Zusammenfassungen innerhalb des Projekts.

What key advice would you give to other companies looking to introduce/use the product?

Wenn die Art und Weise der Datenanalyse im Unternehmen grundlegend mit den modernsten Tools und technologischen Potentialen revolutioniert werden soll, dann sind Sie bei HICO genau richtig.
